Dual Enroll - North Alabama

Follow the steps below in order to dual enroll with University of North Alabama Early College at Bob Jones High School

*UNA Early College’s deadlines for enrollment may differ from BJHS’s deadlines

1. Apply to UNA Early College through the UNA Early College website
2. Check the Madison City dual enrollment webpage to ensure that your intended course:
   • Is listed as an approved course by Madison City Schools** 
   • Fulfils any high school graduation requirements using the “High School Equivalency List”
3. Complete the Madison City Dual Enrollment Agreement Form and return to your school counselor
4. Meet UNA Early College’s requirements for enrollment in the course(s), including payment
5. Communicate your plan to your school counselor by BJHS’s dual enrollment deadline (May 1^st for Summer/Fall, Dec 1^st for Spring)

Failure to follow the steps above will result in the inability to take dual enrollment courses for your intended semester.

If you would like to request that a dual enrollment course be added to the MCS-approved dual enrollment offerings, please complete this form. Be aware that any newly approved courses will be available only after being approved by the district.
