Bob Jones High School

Preparing today for the challenges of tomorrow

Counselors

The School Counseling Offices are open to students before, after, and during school.

Hello Patriots! I am thrilled to serve as the school counselor for students with last names A-E at Bob Jones. I previously served three years as a school counselor at Discovery Middle School in Madison, and prior to that held school counselor positions at the high school level in both north Alabama and the Chicagoland area.

I attended Illinois Wesleyan University for my Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.), and received a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling (M.A.) from Trinity International University. After briefly working in the mental health field, I attended the School Counselor Institute at Northern Illinois University to meet licensure standards for school counseling, and began my career as a professional school counselor.

My wife and I moved to the Madison area from the Chicago suburbs in 2017. We are proud parents to three amazing kids. I enjoy sports (Go Cubs!), cooking, movies, and spending time with friends and family.

I’m excited to get to know you and to assist you in navigating the high school years.
