Welcome!

I am your teacher, Mr. Rutledge.  It is a pleasure to have so many new smiling faces in my room.  The start of the new school year is always an exciting time for teachers and students.  We are both in store for some new challenges, but I know we will have some fun along the way.  We will learn much from each other, and I look forward to getting to know each and everyone of you.

This will be my fifteenth year teaching with Madison City Schools.  Before teaching, I spent eight years in retail management and one year in sales.  I received my B.S. in Business Administration from Troy University and my M.S. in Business Education from Alabama A&M University.
